GVI’s passionate people are the driving force behind our award-winning nature conservation and community development programs.

With our roots in the UK, our global team is spread out all over the world – working from hubs, research stations, labs, classrooms, offices, coffee shops, co-working spaces and backpackers all over the world.

Our team is diverse (20+ nationalities), experienced and highly skilled in a wide variety of different sectors and subjects. Some of us work as field staff on the ground, and others support through our central services. The common goal that unites us all is this – we’re adamant about creating a more sustainable future. This is so much more than a job. It’s a passion and a purpose.
